Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to subdivide an existing parcel into two lots. The parcel is approximately 302 acres in size. This project will be processed as a Type II application.

Notice of Decision

The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on August 31, 2021. The date of the last day to appeal is the 14th day of September, 2021 at 5 p.m. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
