Description of Project

Applicant is proposing to subdivide parcel 336331.0209 located at 6019 N. Lacey St. into nine (9) lots for the purpose of developing townhomes via the Unit Lot Subdivision process.

Lots 1-8 are proposed with attached single-family residential townhomes. Lot 9 is proposed with three attached residential units. The proposal also includes a private driveway and an extension of utilities.
