Description of Project

The applicant is proposing a preliminary plat to develop 121.50 acres into a 425-lot single family subdivision. Work will include the construction of a new arterial from Cedar Road west through the plat to connect to Cheney-Spokane Road with a roundabout. The current Cedar Rd. / Cheney-Spokane Rd. intersection will be modified into a cul-de-sac. The subdivision will be served with public streets, water, and sewer.

Decision

A public hearing was held on September 19, 2024 at 9 a.m. The decision was issued on October 2, 2024 by the Hearing Examiner. The date of the last day to appeal is October 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
