The applicant is proposing to subdivide an existing parcel into seven lots. Currently the site is vacant. The site is zoned Residential Single Family; the new vacant parcels will allow for new single-family homes to be built. This parcel was originally platted as part of McCarroll's East 6th Addition in September 2020.
The Planning Director issued an Approval with conditions on December 22, 2021. The date of the last day to appeal is the 7th of January 2022 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
