The proposal is located at 2218 W. Strong Road, Parcel 26242.0066, NW 1/4, SEC. 24, T. 26 N., R. 42 E., W.M.
The applicant is proposing to subdivide 2.5 acres on parcel 26242.0066 addressed as 2218 W. Strong Road into 12 lots, for the purpose of creating lots for single-family residential development, and two stormwater tracts. An existing home and outbuildings visible on aerial maps will be demolished via permits. Improvements to right-of-way and new public streets are proposed. Residential buildings will be reviewed for compliance with City of Spokane codes at time of building permit application. This is a Type III application and there will be a Public Hearing in front of the City Hearing Examiner.
The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by February 25, 2025, by 5 p.m.
