The owner/applicant is proposing to final preliminary short plat Z23-191PSP to divide parcel 35341.1136 addressed as 3917 E 32nd Avenue into two (2) parcels. Applicant is proposing the construction of a duplex on lot 2 under the City’s Interim Zoning ordinance found in chapter 17C.400 – Interim Housing Regulations Adopted to Implement RCW 36.70A.600(1). The existing single-family residence on lot 1 will remain.
Departments that sign the final plat are reviewing the final plat documents. There is no public comment period on a final short plat.
