The Applicant is proposing a new four-story 128-stall parking garage. Work would include the demolition of the existing surface parking lot, grading, and construction of the new garage and perimeter landscaping. The proposed structure will have a floor area of 13,500 square feet and an overall gross area of 40,500 square feet. This facility is designed for and intended to support the Qual Med Office Building to the northeast.

A Public Hearing for this proposal was held on November 6th, 2014 at 9:00 am in front of the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner. By code, the Hearing Examiner has 10 days to make his decision. The appeal period is 21 days from the date of decision issuance and only the applicant, persons submitting written comments, and persons testifying at a hearing may appeal the decision of the Hearing Examiner.
