The proposal is located at 3911 S Craig Road., Parcel 15355.9007, SEC. 33, T. 25 N., R. 41 E., W.M.

Description of Project

The owner is proposing to divide parcel 15355.9007 addressed as 3911 S Craig Road into 9 lots for the purpose of creating developable lots. This will be done in phases, and access and utilities will be provided in tracts or easements. This project will be processed as a Type II application and is categorically exempt from SEPA. The BSP will include dedication language for the Airport and FAFB overlay zones and any other easements and notification for those entities, as required by applicable codes and regulations.

Notice is hereby given that Spokane Airports applied for a Preliminary Binding Site Plan on March 12, 2025. This application was determined to be technically complete on March 27, 2025. Written comments may be submitted on this application by April 11, 2025. Written comments should be sent via mail or email to the Planning and Development address listed on this webpage.
