The subject property is north of Eagle Ridge Blvd and west of SR-195.
The applicant is proposing to plat approximately 5.42 acres into nine lots and one drainage tract, including installation of utilities/infrastructure. The nine lots will be located on Shelby Ridge Court (to be built), an extension of the existing S. Summerwood St. This is Lot 6 of the previously approved Talon Ridge PUD. Talon Ridge PUD was finalized January 2008 had a SEPA determination of MDNS, which was issued Aug 9, 2004.
This Preliminary Short Plat was routed for Public Comment on June 3rd 2014 and comments were due by June 17th 2014. As this is a Type II Application, the decision was made administratively. That decision was made on July 21st, 2014 can be found in this posting.
Public Comments were due by 5:00 pm January 23, 2014.
