Existing home to remain, existing shed to be removed. This proposal utilizes the City of Spokane Unit Lot Subdivision procedure pursuant to SMC 17G.080.065 to gain relief from the Spokane Municipal Code lot dimensional standards.
The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by October 22, 2025, by 5 p.m.
