The applicant is proposing to subdivide a large parcel that contains a single–family home into three lots – two to front on Crown and one to front on Rustle. Per previous discussions with Engineering Services, the applicant intends to provide long water and sewer taps in the right of way of Rustle, but behind the curb to serve the northernmost lot.
The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on May 14, 2021. The date of the last day to appeal is the 28th of May, 2021 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
