The applicant is proposing a two (2) lot preliminary short plat to segregate out the service station portion that is currently together with the grocery store on one parcel of roughly 151,728 square feet (3.48 acres). The newly created parcel will be approximately 17,969 square feet in size and still front Maple Street on the east and Northwest Blvd on the south. This will be processed as a Type II application.
The preliminary short plat application and map have been routed to the internal departments that will review for consistency with the originally approved preliminary plat. Comments due February 16, 2018./p>
