The proposal is located at 1315 W. Strong Rd., Parcel 36193.0096, SW 1/4, SEC. 19, T. 26 N., R. 43 E., W.M.
The owner/applicant is proposing to divide parcel 36193.0096 addressed as 1315 W. Strong Rd. into 4 lots for the purpose of creating four vacant lots for new development. The four vacant lots will have access/frontage on N. Panorama Dr. Please note that pursuant to SMC 17C.110.360 this proposed plat will be reviewed under the “Pocket Residential Development” standards with the City of Spokane. Following the agency review period for this “Pocket Residential Preliminary Short Plat,” a notice of application will go out to the Public and surrounding property owners. After the notice of application period, a decision will be issued.
The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by March 16, 2023 by 5:00PM. A Notice of Application for public comments will occur after the agency review comment period has ended.
