Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to establish a school-based medical and behavioral health clinic at the Shiloh Hills Elementary School to serve students, initially, and ultimately serve patients of all ages to encourage family engagement in healthcare. The proposed use will be located entirely inside a portion of the existing school building; tenant improvement building permits issued separately. No exterior site work is proposed. This proposal is a Type 3 (Wellness Center) Conditional Use Permit.

Following the agency review period for this “Type 3 Conditional Use Permit,” a notice of application will go out to the Public and surrounding property owners. After the notice of application period, a Hearing will be held in front of the Hearing Examiner, who will issue a decision.

Request for Agency and Department Comments

The conditional use permit and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by June 28, 2023 by 5:00PM. A Notice of Application for public comments will occur after the agency review comment period has ended.
