The proposal is located at 8125 W. Pilot Dr., Parcel 25335.0503, SEC. 33, T. 25 N., R. 42 E., W.M.
The owner is proposing to divide parcel 25335.0503 addressed as 8125 W. Pilot Dr. into 17 lots for the purpose of creating developable and sellable lots. Access and utilities will be provided in tracts which will be owned and maintained by the Spokane Airport. This project will be processed as a Type II application and is categorically exempt from SEPA. The BSP will include dedication language for the Airport and FAFB overlay zones and any other easements and notification for those entities, as required by applicable codes and regulations.
Following the agency review period for this "Preliminary Binding Site Plan," a notice of application will go out to the Public and surrounding property owners. After the notice of application period, a decision will be issued.
The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by June 30, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. A Notice of Application for public comments will occur after the agency review comment period has ended.
