Description of Project

A request for a conditional use permit to build a new school and church facility in a Single Family Zone. The proposed school will be 9,378 square feet in size and the proposed church will be 36,855 square feet. New landscaping and parking of 127 stalls will be provided. The total proposal will be developed on 6.83 acres.

Public Comment Period Written comments may be submitted on this application prior to April 3, 2013 at 5 p.m.
