Description of Project

The owner/applicant is proposing to subdivide parcel 25124.0907, addressed as 1821 W. Spofford Ave. into four (4) lots with the intent to construct a duplex on each lot. Two lots will front W Spofford Ave and two lots will front W. Mission Ave. The applicant will be required to extend the sewer main from E. Elm St. to service the proposed lots.

The owner/applicant also owns adjacent parcel 25124.0908, addressed as 1827 W. Spofford Ave.

Request for Agency and Department Comments

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by February 14, 2025, by 5 p.m.
