Description of Project

The owner is proposing to divide parcel 35193.3806 addressed as 750 W Cliff Dr., into 2 lots for the purpose of creating lots for residential development. The applicant has stated that the existing multi-family building is to remain, and the existing garage building will be demolished and prepared for future residential development. Both lots will have frontage on Cliff Dr.
