The applicant is proposing a new cottage development on approximately 2.20 acres, to include 23 new cottages with associated utilities, common areas and landscaping. The proposed building footprints of the cottages will range from 700 sq. ft. to 900 sq. ft. and adjoining garages (some adjacent, some at basement level). This development requires a Type II Conditional Use Permit and approval from the Planning Director.
The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on June 28, 2019. The date of the last day to appeal is the 12th of July, 2019 at 5 p.m. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
