This is a proposal for a new 5-lot preliminary plat on Weiber Dr. This is a replat of a portion of Woodridge View Estates, file #Z0100033-PP. The applicant is proposing to install the new utilities for these 5 lots at the same time as the utilities being installed for the Woodridge View 2nd Addition Final Plat that is currently being processed (Z18-414FPLT). They have provided engineering plans with this preliminary plat map.
The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on August 10, 2018. The date of the last day to appeal is the 24th of August, 2018 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
