8:30 p.m. - The Spokane Police Department have arrested a man after a stabbing incident in the area of N Division and W Rockwell Ave.

3:33 p.m. - SIRR wouldn't typically be sending out another release, but in this case, felt it necessary to provide notification this case is being reopened.

8:34 a.m. - Hoopfest activities mean lots of pedestrians downtown. Most pedestrian crashes occur in clear weather, between 3-9p w/ a pedestrian in the road.
