Barre is a low-impact workout class that targets the often-ignored, postural muscles of the body. By working in small range of motion and isometric holds, the body develops long and lean muscle definition. This class is challenging but is appropriate for all levels. You won’t know how much fun it is until you try it, so come experience your new favorite workout!
