Join BEYOUTIFUL Hot Yoga in the Sister Cities Garden (located NW of the orange Howard St. bridge) for their free Yoga series in Riverfront Park.
Vinyasa (7/29 & 8/12) - a sequential movement of postures which interlink to form a continuous flow. Attention is placed on the breath and the journey between the postures.
Fusion (8/5 & 8/19) - This class style is focused on building strength, balance, and flexibility, while working to heal the spine. The postures are linked with breath to create a flow drawing attention to the breath and alignment.
