One class, two formats! Our Bootcamp and Strength formats will have you working up a sweat and increasing your heart rate with circuit style functional strength training incorporating bursts of high intensity cardio (HIIT) to really get the blood flowing! Join us as we grow muscle, build endurance, increase bone density, and have a great time getting stronger together!
August 26th:
One class, 2 formats! This class combines our 2 most popular formats, Brawl and Barre! Punch, kick and sweat your way through cardio kickboxing sequences that challenge both your mind and body. Recover your heart rate and build core strength with a recovery circuit in the style of our barre class (think low impact strength building). Cool down with a brief guided stretch, leaving you feeling powerful, strong, and centered.
