Starting Monday, April 20, the Wastewater Department will be upgrading storm drains on Perry St. from 11th Ave. to 17th Ave. This work will be rolling and will start with a Perry St. southbound closure between 11th Ave. and 17th Ave. Detours will be in place. #SpokaneStreets
