The City of Spokane encourages all suppliers to register on the City's Procurement Portal. This registration provides you a login and password, which allows you to access City posted projects. This registration is in addition to the City of Spokane MRSC Rosters.
The City of Spokane maintains our Small Public Works Roster, Consultant Roster and Vendor Roster in the MRSC Rosters online database. Businesses interested in working with our City on projects using a roster contracting process must register at www.mrscrosters.org/ and select the City of Spokane in your application. Annual Membership Roster fees are the responsibility of Contractor/Vendor/Firm, fees vary depending on the roster type(s) selected. If you are already a member of MRSC Rosters, simply select The City of Spokane in your account.
