Employers required to comply with Title 9 of the Spokane Municipal Code (Earned Sick and Safe Leave) must annually certify their compliance with the ordinance.

If you have questions about your rights to paid sick and safe leave, please call 311, or for outside city limits, 509.755.CITY (2489). If you wish to report a violation, please fill out the form. The Sick and Safe Leave Ordinance prohibits employers from retaliating when an employee reports a violation.
