City Lifts Water Restrictions in Five Mile

Residents in the Five Mile Area no longer need to conserve water. The City of Spokane Water Department tonight reports that power has been restored to the Five Mile water booster station. Crews have refilled the reservoir that serves Five Mile, and water pressure is restored.

“Our thanks go out to the citizens of Five Mile for their patience and to Avista Utilities for their assistance,” says Dan Kegley, the City’s Water Department Director.
