Garbage, recycling, and yard waste services will be a day late all week, with Friday's pickup occurring on Saturday due to the Memorial Day holiday. 1:38 p.m. - Flags at all City facilities will be lowered to half-staff on Thursday, June 11 in memory of Spokane Fire Department Lieutenant Terry Canfield.
