Extended Sunday Hours at Downtown, Shadle Libraries

The Downtown and Shadle branches of Spokane Public Library will be open on Sunday, November 22 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in response to the wind storm. They will provide a warm, safe place with power and internet access for the community.

Additionally, Hillyard, East Side, Downtown and Shadle branches are open tonight (Friday) and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Indian Trail will close as expected at 6 p.m. The South Hill branch continues to be closed.

Spokane Public Library is also waiving all late fees on materials that were due between the Monday, November 16 and Monday, November 30th. Customers may check with staff if they have any questions about their overdue fines for those two weeks.

In partnership with the Library and in support of the community, Diamond Parking will be offering free parking at the Downtown Library parking garage from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 22.
