Beggs to discuss civilian police oversight with guests

The next edition of “Council Connection,” the cable television program featuring Spokane City Council members as hosts, will be shown live, Thursday, May 5 at 6 p.m. on CityCable 5. Councilman Breean Beggs, District 2, will host the program.
Guests for the show include Reverend Deb Conklin, the current Chair of the Office of Police Ombudsman Commission, Major Justin Lundgren with the Spokane Police Department and Dave Plemons.
