The media and press outlets are invited to join City Councilman Mike Fagan and Steve Corker, President of the Landlord Association of the Inland Northwest, at 11 AM Wednesday June 6th on the city hall plaza where they would like to announce the outcomes of a successful meeting held today with the new owners of the Westview Manor Apartments.
Currently, 5 tenants need relocation, 2 tenants will stay, 1 tenant is moving and 3 units are vacant. Steve Corker is working with the City to find alternate housing through Catholic charities, SNAP, Spokane Housing and other rental agencies that subsidize rent for the 5 tenants that need to relocate due to an upcoming rent increase.
