The Spokane City Council briefing session and legislative meeting will be held on their regular schedule on Monday, Oct. 11, at 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Meetings are shown live on CityCable 5, Facebook, and the web at Citizens who want to participate in council meetings can learn more on the City’s web site.
