Cathcart Issues Letter on Proposed Transport of Handford Site Waste

Councilman Michael Cathcart issued the following letter to federal and state officials calling for transparency and public hearings in response to the proposed plan to ship radioactive waste through Spokane from the decommissioned Hanford Site. A copy of the letter can be read online.
