SPD is hiring

Spokane Police Department is currently accepting applications for Entry Level Police Officers; applications will continue to be accepted until the job closing date on April 25th. The Written Civil Service test is scheduled for May 6th at the Spokane Convention Center. Requirements that must be met at time of application include:

  • 45 quarter or 30 semester credit hours with minimum GPA of C or 2.0, which includes at least 5 quarter or 3 semester credit hours of English
  • Valid Driver's license
  • United States Citizen
  • Be 20 years old at time of application, be 21 years of age at the time of appointment
  • Be within normal weight range for height
