What do you think about the plan to use strategic refinancing to create $25 million annually for street improvements and invest $60 million in Riverfront Park? Do you like that the plan would retire current streets and parks debt all for the same 91 cents per thousand City residents currently pay?
City resident can join the discussion over the phone, in person, online and on television. The City will host a simultaneous telephone town hall and traditional town hall discussion in the City Council Chambers. Thousands will receive calls asking you to participate.
