Spokane Parks and Recreation crews plan to clean the area below Cliff Drive overlook starting July 14^th. One southbound lane of Ben Garnett Way will be closed July 14^th through July 17^th, 2015. Lane closure is scheduled each day between the hours of 7 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to allow access to the clean-up area.
