The last construction season was the City’s biggest ever – and this year’s is set to be even bigger. From integrated streets projects to CSO tanks helping us get to a cleaner river faster, 2016 will see $74 million in new construction projects and $82 million in projects overall.
Here is a brief overview of the 2016 Construction Season, which is already well underway:
Work on the Lincoln/Monroe Street couplet, Indiana, Rowan Avenue, Ben Burr Trail, and CSO 33 in Liberty Park are just a few of the many projects scheduled. To learn more, check out the links below.
Downtown projects are a big part of this year’s construction season. As that area of the city continues to grow, several projects are happening this year to help build a better downtown, and a better Riverfront Park.
