The City of Spokane is always looking for ways to provide the best customer service to our citizens. In fact, at My Spokane it’s right in our mission statement: we provide knowledgeable, friendly, and quality access to services for our community. But it’s not enough for us simply to say we do. We need your feedback to hold us accountable to serving your needs so we can help you and get you on your way as simply as possible.
You may have already received and submitted one of our online surveys we send to our customers, and for that, we thank you. We apply your feedback to our business practices to make improvements, or when we are doing something right, to make sure we keep doing that! As we look into revamping some of our processes, I would appreciate your help in taking this quick online survey so we have a better understanding of what you, the customer, would like to see from your City.
