Celebrate the 50th Earth Day at Home!

Here’s a great way to celebrate the 50th Annual Earth Day, All Week Long!

First officially recognized on April 22, 1970, Earth Day was created as a way to demonstrate support for a healthy environment and is now celebrated around the world in more than 193 countries.

Help the City of Spokane commemorate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day by building your sustainable knowledge with activities that can be practiced every day. From composting to conserving water, join one or all five virtual presentations during the week starting Monday, April 20. Each day, our workshops will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Each session includes an illustrated presentation and opportunities for Q&A.

Presentations are hosted on the Cisco WebEx platform. Before registering, download the free app and make sure your home computer is set up for both audio and video.
