This morning, City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Director Garrett Jones and Spokane Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Adam Swinyard and shared a historic partnership proposal recommending updates to Spokane's schools, parks and neighborhoods.

The proposal, Together Spokane, is based on years of community input, study, and a commitment to making improvements that will reach every Spokane neighborhood.
