We are pleased to offer our newly renovated facilities for private rentals. Rentals are available during the following times or by special appointment. Your private rental includes exclusive use of one of six newly renovated aquatics centers located throughout the City of Spokane for (2) hours. Price also includes staffing of lifeguards and management. Perfect for corporate parties, family reunions, neighborhood get-togethers, and much more.

Throw a truly unique kids' party! We make it easy and fun to plan art projects and scavenger hunts, or for your child to become a princess, prince, pirate or pixie! Rentals

The Corbin Art Center is available to rent for:

  • Meetings
  • Receptions
  • Special Events

Rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The facility is wheelchair accessible with a designated wheelchair parking area. Situated on Seventh Avenue in the Marycliff/Cliff Park National Register Historic District, the historic D.C. Corbin House is listed on the local, state and national Historic Registers. The House and its grounds are east of the Moore-Turner Heritage Gardens in Edwidge Woldson Park.

The first floor features a vestibule, foyer, the original formal and informal parlors and dining room, an ornate staircase to the second floor and a kitchen. The exterior features an impressive 3/4 wrap-around veranda with panoramic views of Spokane.

Fields & Facilities Rental

The City of Spokane Parks & Recreation Department (SPRD) manages the athletic field scheduling for the City of Spokane to assure quality maintenance, equitable distribution and maximum use by the public, and when necessary, protection of fields from overuse.

These fields include: the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, Franklin Park Softball Complex, Southeast Sports Complex plus other city park and Spokane Public School elementary school field areas that are typically used for athletic activities.

Individuals or groups requesting rental of athletic fields for games or practices must complete an Athletic Field Use Application, as detailed below.

Field Closure Information

For the latest field closure information, please call 509.625.6950. Field hotline will be updated by 2 p.m. Local umpires have the final say on the playing conditions of the fields!

All grass fields are open, except Franklin fields A, B, and C.

2015 Field Allocation Process

To determine the needs for 2013, the following Requirements must be met:

  1. Thoroughly read the SPRD Athletic Field Rental Guide (757 KB)
  2. Completely fill out, sign and date the appropriate applications: Field Use Application(50 KB) or Tournament Application (PDF 55 KB)
  3. Submit current and accurate insurance per requirements outlined in the SPRD Athletic Field Rental Guide
  4. Submit, upon due date, all required materials as outlined in the SPRD Athletic Field Rental Guide
  5. Insurance can be emailed from the user group or your insurance carrier directly
  6. Spokane Public School Middle School and High School Field reservations can be made through Spokane Public Schools Event Services: 509.354.7167 or eventservices@spokaneschools.org. Please DO NOT call individual schools for reservations.
  7. Please deliver or send ALL of this information to:
