Today, May 24, 2016, just after 11:00 am, Spokane Police officers responded to a report of a package theft in the area of 2300 west Kingsford on Five Mile Prairie. The witness reported they watched two people steal a package off a front porch and drive off. The witness was also able to snap a couple of pictures of the suspects and their vehicle (attached).

The vehicle the suspects were in is described as a blue or dark turquoise SUV, possibly an older Toyota 4-Runner, with several bikes mounted to the roof. The male suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s, wearing a baseball hat and long tan shorts. The female is described as a white female also in her 20’s, with blond hair and a heavy build.

The Spokane Police Department is looking into whether or not these suspects were involved in other package thefts where a similar vehicle was described and have forwarded this information to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office as well.

Anyone with information on this incident or the identity of these individuals is asked to call Crime Check at 509.456.2233
