Please be on the lookout for this missing endangered person. He walked away from Sacred Heart Hospital earlier today and is considered endangered due to his disabilities and medications not being taken. See attached photo

Description: im 510/190, dark bro hair, bro eyes, lsw: drk hoodie, jeans, blk bbcap, is resident at care facility on LRA
