SPD Asking for Help to Locate Missing Vulnerable Adult

UPDATE:  Mr. Sims has been found, thank you!

Spokane Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing vulnerable adult. Robert Sims (86) suffers from a medical condition that requires medication. He was last seen in the area of Crestline and Desmet. If you see Sims or know of his whereabouts, please call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.

Today, September 30, 2024, just before noon, Spokane Police received a call from the home Sims lives in advising he was missing. He may possibly be on his way to the area of the Hillyard Safeway but also has been known to go to Chief Garry or Mission Park.

Sims is described as a white male, Grey hair 5’2”, 135-140 pounds, last wearing grey sweat outfit. He also has glasses and grey facial hair. Please see the attached picture.
