Neighborhood Resource Officers

Neighborhood Resource Officers (NROs) work with the community to improve the quality of life in in the neighborhoods in which they are assigned. NROs help bring about positive change in neighborhoods by working in collaboration with and utilizing resources from different government agencies, businesses, and community members. NROs are based out of C.O.P.S. Shops (Community Oriented Policing Services) located in neighborhoods through the City of Spokane.

Non-emergency reporting of potholes, graffiti, or unlawful camping, utility billing, and general information on city services: call 311 or report online

Social Services
