With the recent adoption of City Ordinance C35535 (allowing existing neighborhood structures in residential zones to operate as a commercial use), the applicant is proposing a retail sales and service use in the existing structure located at the above address. No addition to the existing footprint (approximately 1,975 square feet) is proposed, however the applicant has proposed an outdoor seating area on the eastern side of the existing building.


A public hearing was held on April 12th, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. The decision was issued on May 1st, 2018 by the Hearing Examiner. The date of the last day to appeal is May 22nd, 2018 by 5:00 p.m.
