2021 Residential Grind and Overlay – North

Project Description: Residential street repaving. Minor storm sewer system repairs and upgrades may also be completed as part of the paving project.

Project Location(s) and Schedule*
Approximate construction timeframe for the entire project is July to October. Each individual location will take approximately four weeks. Specific details will be provided closer to the start of construction.

• Pacific Park Drive from Indian Trail Road to Pamela Street and Pamela Street from Pacific Park Drive to Lowell Avenue (PDF 383 KB)
• Sutherlin Street from Rowan Avenue to Bismark Avenue (PDF 360 KB)
• Wedgewood Avenue from Standard Street to Colton Street, Wiscomb Street from Addison Street to Weile Avenue, and Weile Avenue from Wiscomb Street to Standard Street (PDF 360 KB)

*Crews will be in the area during this time frame. All schedules are approximate and dependent on weather and unforeseen delays.

Contractors are required to provide two business-day notice to a homeowner if the homeowner’s property will be directly impacted by the work. This includes access issues.
