A proposed amendment to Chapter 3, Map LU-1, Land Use Plan Map and a concurrent amendment to the City of Spokane Official Zoning Map. This project is a private application for a 2023/2024 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment.

Plan Commission

A Plan Commission Hearing for this proposal is scheduled for Oct. 9, 2024 at 4 p.m. in City Council Chambers on the Lower Level of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd., and via Microsoft Teams. The agenda and virtual attendance information can be found on the Plan Commission page closer to the meeting date. Any written public comment received before the hearing will be provided to the Commissioners ahead of the meeting. At the hearing, there will also be an opportunity to provide public testimony.
