Appeals of decisions by the Hearing Examiner are governed by SMC 17G.060.210 and 17G.050.
Decisions of the Hearing Examiner regarding preliminary plats are final. They may be appealed to the City Council. All appeals must be filed with the Planning Department within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the decision. The date of decision is the 21st day of November, 2013.
The last day to appeal is the 5th day of December 2013 at 5 p.m.
